We are seeking an enthusiastic, target-driven Sales Executive to join our busy new & used car sales team. We are a well established car dealership having 13 years in the business offering new and used luxury sport performance prestige and super cars.
Excellent earnings availble with us and on target earnings, with no limitations. You get paid for every sale!
- Maintain our high standard of customer service
- Social media activity sell cars through Instagram tik tok
- Accompany customers on vehicle test drives.
- Greet customers in a timely manner as they enter the showroom.
- Videos Provide vehicle demonstrations for new and used cars.
- Ensure at all times throughout the sale process you are following all guidelines.
- Advise customer on the finance, monthly payments, trade-in options, and warranties available on vehicles.
- Up-sell accessories and add-ons at every opportunity.
- Provide an excellent experience for customers, creating customer loyalty and advocacy.
- KPI products paint protection, extended warranty, tracker security system
- Outbounding calls and emails and being active to generate leads
Qualification/Experience:
- Minimum of Maths & English G.C.S.E Grade C or equivalent. Degree preferable
- 3 years Experience in car sales is essential.
- Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and have an enthusiastic personality.
- A true desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
- Able to demonstrate drive, commitment, and enthusiasm; together with a willingness to contribute to your team and more importantly your customers.
- Listen well, influence & advise.
- Able to convince others in both positive and negative circumstances.
- Manage and close existing deals while cultivating new opportunities.
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
- Must be flexible to work weekends, nights, and bank holidays.
- Must hold a valid Driving licence.
Work Schedule:
Our Sales Executives work 5 1/2 out of 7 days each week which will include 1 late night until 8 pm and rotated Saturdays Sunday are needed Bank holidays are half days are rotated.
