Program Overview – Project Management Office, Central Services
Straddling the divide between a traditional PMO and a Strategic Projects division, the Project Management Office delivers high impact and high-quality work, leading large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives, including technology and product implementations, business transformation projects, strategic and operational planning, new business development and execution, and other priority work as identified by the Office of the CEO and the senior leadership team at WoodGreen
What You Will Do
- Collaborate to identify, document, and analyze business needs for projects and initiatives across the organization.
- Leverage business intelligence tools and techniques to extract, analyze, and present valuable insights from large datasets.
- Assess the technology needs of the organization and develop training programs to enhance employees' technical skills and knowledge.
- Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities through data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and collaboration.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies, including documenting current processes and designing future state processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish data-driven goals.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Support the organization's impact measurement framework to assess and measure social and programmatic outcomes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
- Act as a subject matter expert, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support and guidance on technology tools and systems.
- Abide by the anti-racism objectives and community development principles of the organization.
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, data science or related field, master's degree preferred.- 2 + years related work experience in business analysis or a related field preferably in a large non-profit/public sector organization.
- Knowledge and experience applying quality and process improvement techniques; relevant certification i.e., Lean Six Sigma, Lean Green Belt will be considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite with Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent), CRM Dynamics, Excel required.

- Proven data interpretation and data visualization skills with experience in creating insightful reports, dashboards and giving presentations.
- Ability to work independently and with teams to achieve deliverables, manage expectations and track performance.
