Job description
Working alongside colleagues in the Transformation Team, you’ll work with project teams and subject matter experts to analyse key processes and data to identify opportunities to improve how we deliver services and ensure that we continually meet the changing needs of our residents in the most efficient and effective way possible.
What will you be doing?You will support the delivery of key strategic and operational projects, including the analysis of management and performance information, process mapping and redesign and systems configuration. All of which will enable the directorate to ensure that it makes the necessary changes to support people right across West Northamptonshire to receive the help and support they need so that they are able to lead their best life.
About youYou don’t need experience across all aspects of the job as that will form part of your development journey, but you will need experience of working undertaking analysis and process design work, as this is the central to the role.
You’ll need to have a solutions driven and adaptable approach to working, thrive in a busy environment and have a positive approach to challenges!
Ideally you will have previous experience of data analysis, with experience of case management systems. You will be able to manage your own workload and conflicting priorities whilst being able use your own initiative to 'think outside of the box’. You’ll use your great attention to detail to ensure that opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery are identified and embedded in to project delivery.
If you’ve got experience within either Adult Social Care, Children's Services or Public Health, that’s great, but not essential; being adept at building relationships with key stakeholders and quickly developing an understanding of the directorates priorities are most important.
