Job Description
As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our stakeholders.
You will leverage your expertise in PowerBI visualization tools and your proficiency in Python and Power Automate to automate processes and streamline operations.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for data analysis and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective PowerBI visualizations and reports.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using PowerBI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into PowerBI, utilizing Python for data manipulation and transformation tasks.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes using Power Automate, Python scripting, and other automation tools, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough data analysis, identify trends, patterns, and insights, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing reports and visualizations, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement data-driven strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices related to data visualization, automation, and business analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data visualization and automation.
- Strong proficiency in PowerBI, with the ability to create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and scripting tasks.
- Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools.
- Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical concepts, and data visualization best practices.
- Familiarity with SQL and data querying languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong documentation skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working in Health Care or Long-Term Centers
- Knowledge of advanced analytics and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with other data visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView, or Looker.
