Our platform is an essential piece of the daily work for machine learning engineers, from academic research institutions like FAIR and UC Berkeley to massive enterprise teams including iRobot, OpenAI, Toyota Research Institute, Samsung, NVIDIA, Salesforce, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lyft, and more.
Reporting to the Director of GTM Systems, the Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for building smart, scalable solutions on that deliver value, empower end users, and fuel our growth.
The Business Systems Analyst will partner closely with internal stakeholders across the organization to get to know our unique business processes and design, manage, and improve features across our stack of GTM tools. You’ll be challenged to think creatively about process and technology, and your work will be integral to building and maintaining the systems critical to our business. You’ll also engage with and manage relationships with internal business partners to drive meaningful system and process evolution.
Responsibilities
- Own the engagement with stakeholders by managing their end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, scope, development, testing, and deployment
- Design and build solutions within Salesforce as well as adjacent technologies
- Assist RevOps teammates and Director of GTM Systems with various work streams critical to large projects
- Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas to ensure your projects are compatible with upstream and downstream systems and processes
- Participate in creating a roadmap of user-centric solutions to stakeholders’ business and technical problems, with the goal of increased operational efficiency and readiness for scale
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with all aspects of declarative Salesforce implementation, including strong skills with flows, reporting, and configuring Lightning interface.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions in Salesforce and adjacent technologies.
- Strong interpersonal communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with upstream and downstream integrations, including marketing automation tools, data warehouses, and billing technologies.
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Experience with Outreach, Marketo, Salesforce CPQ, and Tableau a plus
Core skills
- Thoughtful and empathetic: You'll love this role if you enjoy connecting with end users and stakeholders day-to-day, helping them get to the “why” of their requests, and contextualizing those needs in the larger landscape of our systems and processes.
- Collaborative and proactive: If you work well in a supportive and self-directed environment, and proactively find ways to improve processes and partner with team members, your initiative will really shine in this role.
- Curious and creative: Scaling our business takes engagement and critical thinking about not just what’s needed now, but what will serve us in the future. Your love of creative problem-solving will be an asset as we balance executing on short-term and long-term goals.
- Organized: RevOps works with almost every team in the company and must synthesize many inputs and perspectives into a cohesive go-forward plan. Your skill at keeping multiple work streams clear and cohesive will be invaluable.
Why join us?
- Top-tier machine learning teams rely on our tools for their daily work at companies including OpenAI, Toyota Research Institute, Lyft, Samsung, and Pandora.
- You'll never stop learning. This role gives you a chance to be a foundational member of a growing RevOps team focused on making our sellers wildly successful — you’ll have an opportunity to wear many hats and build multiple skills, with strong support from engaged, experienced teammates.
- Customers genuinely benefit from our tool. Here's a quote from Wojciech Zaremba, Cofounder, and Robotics Lead, OpenAI: "W&B allows to scale up insights from a single researcher to the entire team, and from a single machine to hundreds of them."
