What you'll do
As a Business Analyst within Vodafone’s Data & Analytics team, the key responsibility will be to identify and document the business needs of customers and stakeholders and help to identify feasible data solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems.
You’ll have the ability to make an impact to the organisation by detailing out the requirements for analytical data products as well as building strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand user needs and be able to represent the user voice, which in result will enable the business to achieve the company’s objectives.
You will work work collaboratively with Portfolio and Product Managers, business representatives, end-users, project teams, Data Architects and suppliers across Data & Analytics teams and across VF Local Markets to gather all business requirements to deliver data solutions.
Precisely capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements- Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options.
- Create clear documentation to communicate requirements and related information; keep updated to align with the solution over the product lifecycle.
Who you are
- Strong influencing and analysis skills
- Extensive experience of BI systems, data governance and compliance activities
- In addition, knowledge/experience of emerging Analytics Tools
- Communication: Communicate clearly and persuasively, both orally and in writing.
- Achievement/results-orientation: Get things done well and the ability to set and meet challenging goals, create own measures of excellence and constantly seek ways of improving performance.
