Job functions:
- Perform all aspects of business analysis and technical lead activities including gathering business, functional and/or technical requirements and architecting network, middleware, interface and security requirements and design for the future applications.
- Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) activities (when necessary)
- Conduct market research (including RFI coordination, vendor meetings, research analyst inquiries, and surveys of peers)
- Conducting workshops for deliverable development and review
- Plan and facilitate business analysis meetings
- Participate in project meetings
- Create Training Plan
- Develop training material
- Deliver training
- Evaluate training effectiveness
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of verifiable experience within the last 7 years managing enterprise level projects and performing project support activities.
- 3+ years of verifiable experience within the last seven years performing web application development, implementation, and support.
- 5+ years of verifiable experience within the last 7 years performing enterprise architecture work (i.e., development of enterprise architecture strategy, performed enterprise architecture development and management, provided support for solution architecture development, etc.).
- 4+ years of experience authoring developer-friendly documentation (e.g., design documentation, deployment procedures).
- 2+ years of experience using Power BI or other data visualization software.
The compensation for this position is $110,000 to $112,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and 13 days accrued PTO.
