As a Business Analyst reporting to the Managing Director, Canada you shall be accountable for the planning, implementing, improving, monitoring and supporting of business information systems across multiple departments. Ensuring business data and reporting needs are met, in addition to the developing and monitoring of all data quality metrics. Organizing and formatting of reports for distribution and ensuring version control of all documentation is a top priority. The Business Analyst role will work alongside the internal sales organization and liase with Client Services, Business Development, Product and Project Management teams.
- Meet and exceed client expectations by anticipating client requirements, seeking information regarding industry trends and ‘best in class’ practices
- Define and ensure the fulfillment of operational sales targets
- Ensure regular client meetings at all levels, defining actions and personally following up
- Promptly communicate client-related issues/problems inside the Veridos organization, escalating effectively when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests For Information (RFI), as required
- Management and revision control of all mandatory client documentation
- Actively cooperate with and coordinate interface functions to ensure smooth implementation of new product/client launches or major changes, driving successful completion within deadlineUnderstand and explain client’s business models and key economic drivers
- Take responsibility for detailed revenue forecasting and budgeting, as required, in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify product and services gap (offering vs. client requirement) and deliver concise input for any new opportunities
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive internal and external reporting
Experience in financial analysis, data flow analysis and project management is a must. The successful candidate is able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization in both oral and written form. 5+ years of experience in a similar role; having this experience in the secure credential industry is an asset.
- Excellent command of written and verbal English
- Technical and business experience with technology, security and software solutions is an asset
- Experience in relationship building at all management levels

- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Superb knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and MS Project is expected
- University Degree in Business, Economics or other related discipline(s) or equivalent
