We offer Fabrication, Machining, Fitting, Assembly and Testing facilities, with a floor capacity of 19,200m2, two 5 metre deep manufacturing pits and a lifting capacity of 130 tonnes.

The purpose of this role is to actively support the operation of the business by providing an effective and professional administration service. Also collating, reconciling and inputting all direct worked hours.
Hours of work are 36.5 hours per week, Benefits include company pension, 35 days Holiday Including Bank holidays, Discounted Gym membership, Death in service benefits, free on site parking.
Key Accountabilities:
Carry out administrative duties relating to the projects team, maintenance, business improvement, manufacturing, PA and communications- Collection of the direct hours timesheets for from individual teams and liaise on booking queries
- Reconciling and inputting all direct hours to Microsoft NAV
- Collation and reconciling of all white collar direct hours for upload to Microsoft NAV
- Provide reception cover as and when required
- Organising and recording training events
- Input all types of purchase order, predominantly for projects and creating all item cards associated
- Data analysis for the utilisation report etc
- Monitor stationary stocks and replenish where necessary to meet business needs
- Raise monthly po's for various services and monitoring and recording receipts (eg.fork trucks, waste collection, workwear etc)
- Provide weekly data for blue collar time, attendance and sickness to all team leaders and record all info
- Inputting and checking all agency blue collar purchasing orders and collating all timesheets, inputting receipts for hours, highlighting any queries and resolving with vendor prior to invoice being paid by finance
- Provide monthly Health & Safety KPI's for all H & S briefs, toolbox talks, housekeeping, SMAT audits and positive safety conversations
- Issuing of documentation packs for all toolbox talks, collating completed sheets and updating main register, following up individuals not completed
- Assist document control with lifetime records during busy periods
- Creation of booking codes for all workshop activities on route cards for manufacture and closing out when complete, scanning in to Cab-I-Net
- Creation of all maintenance purchase orders and item cards
- Creation of all maintenance planned/statuary/mandatory service orders and provide summary to maintenance manager
- All workshop time and attendance to the HR system to ensure correct in preparation for payroll dept
- Other duties as assigned.
