Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid basis, minimum of once a month and as and when required to any office but likely our Horsham, Liverpool and Manchester office.

We are currently recruiting for several Business Analysts to join our established and experienced CIO team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your role
We are looking for 8 experienced Business Analysts to work across a number of different portfolios, including technical programmes of work including insurance re-platforming, technical estate refresh plus cyber. Around this you will have experience in 3 key areas;
- Identification and analysis of business problems and definition of future states and solutions
- Requirements engineering through a variety of methods to form user stories
- Continuous improvement
With projects in both waterfall and agile, you will have an understanding of both methods and be comfortable working to support the transition from project to value stream delivery.
About you
It would be an advantage if you have experience of transformations or replatforming alongside good experience as a Business Analyst. You will have worked with tools such as Jira and project management software.
For the Cyber Security roles, you will have experience in this area as a Business Analyst and are able to communicate between this area and the wider business.
