Your Job
- Co-ordinating and collecting information at a sufficient level of detail to identify and document business requirements
- Documenting the End to End Workstream process covering the required functionality including components, processes and data
- Understanding the Guidewire ClaimCenter operational process flows and data collection, and conducting gap analysis between ClaimCenter and legacy applications
- Working with the Test Lead to ensure an appropriate testing strategy and acceptance criteria are in place for all processes
- Collating and reconciling data and information from various sources to ensure completeness and accuracy
About You
- Working in large Strategic IT programmes to successfully deliver workstream solution requirements
- Ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex business processes
- Can demonstrate a very good technical understanding of relevant architecture, the risks and issues associated with this type of delivery and experience of managing them
- Experience working with call and response messaging via APIs and with system integration
- Understanding of AI/Machine learning approaches would be preferred
