The Opportunity
As we enter a new phase for Railsr, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support our Executive Committee and Senior Leadership Team as we look to stabilise following its recent acquisition.
Working directly with our CEO and Executive Committee members, you will be responsible for preparing slide decks and presentations for ExCo meetings, conducting ad/hoc analyses, taking / sharing minutes following these meetings and presenting your findings to the Exco.
You will be responsible for ad hoc requests from ExCo to produce information that will facilitate decision making, and must have strong communication & interpersonal skills to gather information from various different functions / teams within the global Railsr organisation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Preparing slide decks and presentations ahead of ExCo and Senior Leadership meetings.
- Take meeting minutes, and produce and distribute reports ahead of relevant meetings.
- Complete timely and accurate analysis of models and reports, before providing your reports and recommendations to ExCo members ahead of meetings.
- Work closely with the wider team to produce requested information, and brief senior management on findings.
- Utilise Salesforce to provide time critical updates on existing and future customers, as well as sales pipeline.
- Complete ad hoc requests from ExCo members to produce models and reports on their individual business functions.
Your Profile
- Degree educated, ideally in a STEM subject or strong professional experience in this area
- 2-4 years’ consultancy experience within a top-tier firm or similar.
- Strong analytical skills, and experienced in providing concise insights from large data sets.
- Experience working on Salesforce and Google environment is a plus.
- A self-starter with a strong commercial mindset to quickly identify potential problems, or areas of opportunity.
- Experience producing presentations for Executive Committee or Board meetings.
- Comfortable forming relationships with multiple stakeholders to ensure that data / information can be gathered from across the business in a timely manner.
