Job description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct discussions / workshops with business users to understand the requirements
- Create a set of use cases.
- Working in conjunction with the Technical team and defined Business Users to analyse requirements, construct workflows and diagrams
- Create requirement specifications - both functional and technical for the use of the Development and Testing teams
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, elements and forming a project team
- Review various test scenarios
- Support with testing of releases, where required
- Act as a source of expertise to all stages of software development life-cycle

- Client engagement capabilities at a variety of levels in the organisation, persuading, influencing, and providing leadership
- Expertise in business analysis techniques, ideally in an Agile development environment
- Effective communication skills, verbal, written, presenting, listening
- An organised, structured, analytical approach and be delivery focussed, self-starting and proactive
- Enthusiasm to become expert in the domain, learning and researching
- A passion to support and delight the client

Salary: £26,917.00-£31,138.00 per year
