Business Analyst
MUST RESIDE IN THE USA. MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR CURRENT GREENCARD HOLDER WITH THREE YEARS PLUS IN THE USA.
Key Role:
Work with organizations to redesign business processes and provide clients with management consulting on organization redesign and new business processes.
Responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. Support the creation of requirements specification documents (RSD), elaborate functional requirements, and assess changes to the systems when change requests are submitted. Assist the technical and SQA teams to understand the approved requirements and how these features are intended to operate. Ability to conduct system and applications functionality research and present the finding in a clear and concise manner.
Display expertise in and comprehensive knowledge of the industry. Assist the business development team with writing and presenting proposals for moderately large or complex projects. Collaborate closely with middle and senior-level client executives. Mentoring of junior BA personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with Business Analysis and Software/System Business Functionality processes redesign and elaboration.
- Three years of experience with strategic communications
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Knowledge of systems and applications functionality research
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- BA or BS degree (or five years of additional work experience in the replacement of the B.A./BS degree)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $79,781.45 - $96,080.88 per year
