The team at NET Professional are partnering with a respected nationally acclaimed business operating within the Financial Services industry, to collaborate with them on their mission to hire an Interim Business Analyst to join their team for a 12-month fixed term contract located in the Greater Bournemouth area. This is an opportunity that will see the candidate working on exciting projects relating to information security and cyber transformation, working within the operations business units to define requirements for changes and providing expert business analysis to assist the delivery of projects against objectives.
Your Role and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting stakeholders in understanding the potential of project or programme work
- Using pre-agreed or define new techniques to show how analysis tools/models can add value when defining business requirements
- Undertaking stakeholder analysis, ensuring that approval for analysis artefacts is completed
- Analysing business work with clients/users to define acceptance criteria that meets requirements
- As changes occur to the project/programme scope, identifying the impact on business requirements
- Utilising techniques to map new business processes across multiple business units and also changes to existing processes
- Consistently communicating with senior management regarding modelling results for approval
What you will need to Apply:
To be considered for this contract role, candidates will need to have proven experience handling gap analysis, process mapping, data analysis and test cases, alongside having a good ability for delivering detailed functional and non-functional business requirements, using a variety of methodologies. It is vital that you must have experience delivering large information security/cyber transformation programmes and projects. Further key points of knowledge include Privilege Access Management, Identity and Access Management and Security Operations Centre outsourcing. As a necessity, you will need to possess strong communication skills and feel confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
What you will get in Return:
This role comes with a highly attractive remuneration package, considering it is an interim position, which includes a salary in the region of £55,000 to £65,000, however the company have indicated there would be scope to extend this further - highly dependent on experience and knowledge.
