Intertek Checkpoint is a UK-based global leader in the provision of hygiene, safety, security and environmental risk management solutions in the travel and tourism industry.

We routinely conduct audits in over 100 countries and have an experienced team of auditors in key locations across the globe. Intertek Checkpoint was founded in 2006 with the goal of being a single repository for the storing and sharing of Health, Safety and Environmental information across the travel and tourism sector.

This is a new and exciting role for the business which will help to drive operational change and improvement across a global business. Engaging with all functions to understand existing processes in use and then supporting the analysis of these processes for improvement and possible
automation.

  • Collect and report key data and quality metrics
  • Identify and document all processes in use
  • Identify risk or instability in processes and make recommendations for process improvement
  • Work with process stakeholders on process improvement and scalability requirements
  • Support system development changes to improve process efficiency
  • Ensure process maps are fully documented and maintained

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Advanced user in excel including Power Query, Power Pivot
  • Experience using BI analytical tools including Power BI, SQL and Analysis Services
  • Experience with MS Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Adaptable, innovative, and logical with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise, influence, challenge effectively and

build relationships Enthusiastic, credible and dependable

  • Focused, goal orientated and able to multitask

Advantageous: Spanish speaking, Recognised business analysis qualification

25 days holidays annually, not including bank holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
