Senior Business Analyst
An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, who are a reputable financial services organisation. We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to focus on various wealth management focussed change projects across the organisation. Our client have a flexible approach to home working but will require fortnightly trips to their HQ’s located in Swindon.
The main responsibility for this position will be to act in an advisory position to assist business design delivery and perform business analysis activities including requirement elicitation, gap & impact analysis, business process modelling, while leading continuous improvement with Agile ways of working.
Role & Responsibilities:
Help in building a strategic roadmap with the investments proposition team
Ensure business design services adhere to quality standards
Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and be able to write user stories
Define the problem statements and primary objectives of the new projects
Proven process design and improvement capability – preferably within an Agile context
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in business analysis, along with a background in wealth management technology e.g. advice tools, platforms, CRMs, plus the regulatory environment, operations and products etc.)
Strong experience in business analysis
Demonstrable skills and experience of leading cross functional teams to a set of business outcomes
Experience in documenting current state journeys (modelling)
An all-rounder who can comfortably switch contexts and apply a range of techniques to solve problems
Experience in client facing roles, stakeholder management
Package:
Up to £75K
Annual bonus scheme
Hybrid working – predominantly remote, fortnightly trips to Swindon required
