A great opportunity has arisen for the right person to join the Improvement, Performance and Quality service in Hull as a Business Analyst.

We are looking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic, experienced, and appropriately skilled Business Analyst to support the delivery of impactful services and partnerships which improve and promote children, young people and their family’s health, safety, achievement, enjoyment, contribution and economic well-being within the City of Hull.
You will be part of a service which supports the development of Children Young People and Family Services (Safeguarding, Early Help and Learning and Skills) to embed the new Supporting Families Outcomes framework through data analysis, audit, partnership working and system development whilst supporting the wider team through accurate and timely performance reporting, data extraction, the provision of quality compliant statutory data returns, inspection preparation and continuous quality improvement activity.
The successful candidate will have a commitment to continuous quality improvement, excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills, have a ‘can do’ approach to the role and be committed to delivering an efficient, effective, and flexible service to internal and external stakeholders.
