As a Security Manager at Hereford County Hospital for Sodexo you will be a motivated people manager with strong evidence of leadership within the same or a similar role.
SIA Door Supervisor licence and preferably the SIA Public Space Surveillance CCTV licence, or willing to get the latter at the earliest opportunity is an essential requirement of this role.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe role of Security Manager at Hereford County Hospital you will manage the day-to-day operation of the security service of the Trust covering 24/7 at Hereford County Hospital, with full strategic accountability for the service and staff.
The successful candidate will ensure that all patients, staff and visitors have a safe and secure environment and to improve the standard of service via continuous improvement inline guidance from NHS Protect.
As a Sodexo employee you will report into our Head of Soft Facilities Management at site.
The Ideal Candidate
What You Bring:
SIA Door Supervisor licence and preferably the SIA Public Space Surveillance CCTV licence, or willing to get the latter at the earliest opportunity
People management/ Leadership
Experience and understanding of achieving budgets.
Understand and adhere to full compliance with all standards including health and safety
Strong operational background in Security and car parking within facilities management, leisure, retail sectors, (or related), ideally with exposure to the healthcare market.
