The Trust is working to live within its means and become both financially and clinically sustainable. The Delivery Unit is responsible for co-ordinating the Trust’s Cost Improvement Programmes (CIP), as well as supporting other key transformation programmes and strategic aims and objectives. The postholder will co-ordinate the provision of high quality operational information, analysis and interpretation to support Divisional operational and clinical decision-making and delivery.

The Information Services comprises of Informatics, Contract Monitoring and Data Quality teams. Information Services is responsible for providing analytical support and intelligence to both internal and external customers of the Trust.
Delivery Unit Reporting
- Preparation of dashboards and analysis to support delivery of Delivery Unit work.
- Updating data and information to track against trajectories set.
- Analysis and interpretation of complex data.
- Lead the design, development and maintenance of Trust Delivery Unit dashboards and intelligence systems.
- Support the continued rollout of the Trust’s Business Intelligence reporting platform.
- Undertake complex analysis of information to ensure consistent and accurate reporting of operational activity.
- Contribute to the Delivery Unit training agenda – preparing and running training sessions
- Providing adhoc advice/training to other members of the department regarding technical queries and information definitions
- Support the Divisions through provision of benchmarking analysis and modelling to support transformation workstreams & Cost Improvement Programmes (CIP).
