MyCSP are looking for a Business Analyst to join their fast paced team in their Liverpool branch.
Duties and Key Responsibilities are to include but are not limited to;
- To work with peers and key stakeholders to develop business processes and solutions.
- Produce business requirements ensuring stakeholder needs are met by suppliers.
- To set up and maintain risk, issues and actions logs.
- Conduct traceability work and produce matrices.
- Create and maintain project documentation. Facilitate design workshops driving out suitable design solutions that meet stakeholders
- ' requirements.
- Provide analytical support throughout the project lifecycle from concept through to User Acceptance Testing and business readiness and handover.
- Produce reports and presentations for senior management.
- Actively communicate with all key stakeholders ensuring information is at the appropriate level of detail for each stakeholder.
- Disseminate all project communication to both internal and external stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and standards within the team of Business Analysts.

Qualifications & Technical Job Requirements
Essential
- Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel/Visio.
Desirable
- Recognised Business Analysis qualification.

- Experience of working in a project environment.
- Good analytical, numerical and logic skills.
- Strong problem solving/process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience in writing and reviewing business requirements.
- Ability to engage and drive stakeholders in order to progress the project.
- Previous experience of identifying and managing risks and pro-actively addressing problems.
- Ability to assess and impact business processes, providing solutions through others.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Presentation and facilitation skills.
Desirable
Pension- 's knowledge, preferably public sector.
- Working with Government Departments.
