We are hiring an experienced Customer Service Sales with a Full time and Part time position available to help provide our customers with a premium service in our UK's flagship store. Responsibilities for Customer Service Sales

• Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services.
• Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times.
• Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use.
• Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team.
• Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers
• Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form.
• Meet the customer's needs with expertise and professionalism.
• A team player and willing to go the extra mile to service the customers and make profits for the business.

Qualifications for Customer Service Sales

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team.
• Strong verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
• Must be comfortable working with a team
• Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Sales and customer service best practices and desire to participate in training and professional development.
• Ability to perform well in a fast working environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
