How will you make a difference?
Reporting into our Business Analyst Team Leader, the role of Business Analystwill oversee a number of key projects across the group.
What will the Business Analyst be accountable for?
· Scoping, gathering requirements and identification of key deliverables
· Responsible for the design & production of complex process documentation, process maps, specification packages and support material
· Engagement with stakeholders and facilitation of all types of workshops
· Timeline control and estimation
· Problem solving and system options and configuration design
· Peer review of other Business Analysis’ specification packages
· Identification and reporting of risks and monitoring and reporting of risk mitigation actions
· Identification of key deliverables through constant engagement and communication with Business and IT sponsors
· Progress reporting and monitoring to sponsors on multiple work streams
· Communication design and delivery to support Projects and BAU Change
How will you make it happen?
· 5 years of Business Analysis experience
· Experience of managing specific Business Analysis workstreams on major business change projects and small change programmes to provide specialist, objective analytical insight based on work completed by Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) on a project/programme
· Previous exposure to a continuous improvement methodology with a history of leading and supporting successful projects
· Strong workshop facilitation skills
· Experience of working within an IT department environment
· Solid technical background, with understanding and experience in Case Management
· Expert in business process mapping and documentation
· Experience of leading multiple stakeholders at differing levels through the change lifecycle
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organisational skills including attention to detail
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio or equivalent
· Desirable: SQL database interrogation and query writing
· Desirable: experience with implementation of LexisNexis VisualFiles
