Job description
Where you’ll be working:
The small but growing easyJet holidays Strategy & Programmes team is at the heart of our rapid growth and value creation plan. We support the Holidays Management Board in answering the big strategic questions and determining where the company can best seize recovery opportunities, creating competitive advantage and driving shareholder value.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for shaping the requirements across our investment portfolio and working with stakeholders from across the business to help deliver change successfully. You’ll be aligned with key strategic products, working alongside our Product Owners to ensure clarity of requirements for the business and the implementation team.
You will own business requirements from idea stage through to delivery by partnering with our Programme Managers, Project Managers, Delivery Leads and Technical Delivery teams to ensure the successful delivery of our project and product portfolio. Using your business knowledge to capture and understand dependencies and impacts, and your judgement and analytical skills to help resolve complex challenges, you’ll define and deliver detailed business requirements as part of a cross-functional Product team, being the conduit between the Product Owner and Implementation team for the lifecycle of the Product.
What you’ll bring to the team:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a track record of delivering change and demonstrable experience of applying requirements definition techniques (such as BDD) in an agile methodology that provides the required detail for Developers and Business Stakeholders alike. You’ll be competent in challenging, shaping and developing ideas to align with business strategy, customer needs and market/regulatory requirements, and able to understand as is, to be, gaps, opportunities, data trends and requirements. To be successful you’ll need to be able to build and manage relationships with internal/external stakeholders and be confident to challenge conventional thinking. It’s not essential, but we’d love it if you have travel industry experience too.
What’s in it for you:
In addition to your competitive base salary, you’ll qualify for our company wide bonus scheme which could see you earning up to an additional 20% on top of your base each year. We'll also contribute 5% towards your pension. You'll have access to a variety of share options (BAYE, SAYE, Performance Shares) and life assurance is 4 x your annual salary.
Aside from the financials, we offer an extensive suite of flexible benefits that you can opt in or out of, such as Medical Cover, Dental Cover, Green Car, and Cycle to Work Schemes.
On top of all of that, you’ll get excellent staff travel benefits which includes heavily discounted flights for you and your friends and family, free easyJet Plus membership, and annual vouchers for you to spend on an easyJet holiday!
Working for one of Europe’s very best brands, you’ll be supported by a friendly team and be given great development opportunities. We're in the business of creating unforgettable experiences for our customers around the world, and the same applies for our people and their careers! Working at easyJet holidays can take you anywhere... where do you want to go?
