Digital Rainbow Project Consultants have a new opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our team and support some of the internal projects. You will be responsible in providing all the required Business Analysis services using Agile framework. You will be hands on reporting tools but it is not mandatory but preferred, however a keen interest in technology, a desire to learn and a pro-active and determined approach is important. This is an excellent opportunity not only to receive investment and training in to you but also good level of autonomy.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sound knowledge of Agile Scrum Business Analysis Practices
- Identify and Document Stakeholders to create Stakeholder Matrix using tools such as Mural, Miro
- Capture requirements, user needs and document user stories along with acceptance criteria by working with Product Manager using GHERKIN methodology
- Prioritise user stories using MoSCoW techniques
- Carry out Analysis activities including data & systems to create process diagrams, use case diagrams and system diagrams including mapping the user journeys
- Identify the areas of improvements and advice and influence the business on change required
- Hands on experience using tools such as MS Visio, Power BI
- Document all the epics and user stories using JIRA, Azure Dev Ops and MS Excel
- Carry out feasibility analysis, gap analysis and impact assessment of the change from the captured requirements gathered

- Excellent communicator, strong organisational skills and ability to work within a team
- Self-driven, takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail
- Candidates will have prior testing experience coupled with good SQL skills (scripting, etc.)
Desirable Skills :
- Experience with business and technology functions
- Computer science / MBA qualification
- Good understanding of the IT project lifecycle, particularly agile methodologies and the scrum process
- Understanding of industry standard business analysis best practices
- Experience in Agile Scrum, User Stories, MoSCoW, GHERKIN methodology, Power BI, Workshops.
- Preference will be given to candidates that are from a MBA background and can demonstrate knowledge of their Analysis and Management Skills.
