Would you like to join one of the largest providers of communications and IT solutions across the UK as a Business Analyst? The purpose of this role is to work as a part of the IT team at Daisy and support the organisation in defining, analysing, and documenting business requirements for IT projects. The role holder will review business processes to ensure that they are clearly defined and align with the organisation's strategy, and that IT solutions meet business needs. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders across all departments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.

About the role...
- Working with the IT team to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements
- Engaging with stakeholders across all departments to elicit, document, and analyse business requirements
- Documenting business processes and functional requirements
- Identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Analysing data and preparing reports to help stakeholders make informed decisions
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in the industry
What do we need from you?
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in the IT industry
- Proven track record in defining, analysing, and documenting business requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
It would be advantageous (not essential) for you to have:
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Professional qualifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Familiarity with tools such as DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, information technology or computer science
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies
