Business Analyst
At CPL NI Tech, we are very happy to be partnering with the biggest indigenous pharmacy group in Northern Ireland to find a Business Analyst. Medicare operates 53 busy high volume retail pharmacies, located across Northern Ireland and are committed to investing in the future of pharmacy.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced, talented Digital Services Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and deliver MediCare’s digital services. Innovation and patient experience are key focus areas for MediCare. In order to exceed in both, we have implemented a number of digital services, robots, and mobile applications over the number of years. The ideal candidate will establish a business analyst function, utilising the array of data available through current systems and analytics tools, and enable MediCare to make informed, strategic, evidence-based business decisions.
Key Responsibilities for this role will be:
- Analysis of data from data partner (Real World Analytics) and dissemination of insights to Senior Management Team.
- Compliance reporting based on data across from medicines and OTCs across branch and head office level
- Support the buying departments with insights into customer and patient trends
- Reporting on branch performance and recommendation for improvement
- Reporting on robots operational efficiency
- Analysis of customer loyalty data

Essential Criteria:
- 3rd level degree in Data Analysis or related field (other disciplines will be considered where candidates can demonstrate
core skills required).
- Demonstrable experience as a business analyst
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise workload under pressure to successful conclusion within timelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
