Are you highly organised, with exceptional stakeholder management skills, and passionate about supporting one of Deloitte’s flagship client relationship programmes?

The Transition Labs help our most senior clients achieve personal success. Through a personalised one day workshop (a Transition Lab), we help a senior C-suite individual frame their priorities, assess their talent and organisation, and identify different approaches to managing stakeholder relations. The sessions are conducted by a small team of experienced Deloitte facilitators.

There is an exciting opportunity within the Transition Labs team to support the delivery of the programme and management of the Labs. The role sits within the Executive and Board Programmes (EBP) team.

Executive and Board Programmes are extremely successful eminence and relationship programmes, focused on supporting senior and executive level professionals of our largest and most influential clients in their career journey. We help our clients at critical career transitioning and teaming points of their careers, which is a key investment in our Firm’s strategy and business plan.

Whatever we do, wherever we are in the world, we lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other, foster inclusion, and collaborate for measurable impact. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.
