General Meat / Hygiene Operative
Pay starts at £10.50 and largely depends on experience and skill set. We will pay very rates to the right person.
The job mainly involves general meat production and packing tasks: mincing, dicing, making burgers and sausages.
You will also be involved with picking orders and then scanning them out.
A percentage of your role will be hygiene related - you will be expected to be fully involved in the end of shift clean down.
· Previous experience in this kind of role is a definite advantage although not essential as you will receive on the job / in house training.
· A strong work ethic, with plenty of get up and go is a must.
The ability to drive to work would help due to our semi-rural location, although there is a bus stop close to site and some staff cycle.
We have onsite parking and offer staff discount on meat.
