About the Role
Responsible for all IT strategy, development, execution and management activities, supporting secure digital innovation & capabilities both internally and externally
Responsibilities
- Providing industry domain knowledge to ensure IT investments have a business relevance.
- Performing requirements analysis and test case design at project levels and establishes product roadmaps with engineering teams.
- Evaluating client requirements to recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
- Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and
meet user requirements - Configuring system settings and options, and planning and executing unit integration and acceptance testing. Creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements
- Designing details of automated systems.
- Providing consultation to users in automated systems.
Requirements
- Able to contribute to client analysis projects using defined methodologies with support from more experienced analysts.
- Communicate project status and risks to internal stakeholders.
- Able to gather and manipulates data and insight from client operations as inputs to create actionable insights.
- Develop robust, data driven evidence for recommendations on technology solutions with high level benefits cases
- Possess ability to work closely with end users to analyze, define, model, and document project requirements.
- Develop end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials)
- Demonstrate complex data and analysis in an easily understood format so it is suitable across diverse groups with varying abilities
- Display data in clear, structured way utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Tableau).

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $50,050 - $65,000.
