Job title: Business Analyst
Salary: £56,421- £62,063
Location: Edinburgh or Bristol
Hours: Full-time or Part-time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has come available for a Business Analyst to come and work within Insurance Pensions & Investments Programmes! We want someone dynamic to join our team and help us shine, is that you?
What you'll be doing:
- Find out what our customers want and need. Working with others, leading on collecting requirements, carrying out analysis and designing processes so that we can improve our product and help our customers.
- Realise customer value through delivering a phenomenal user experience! We want you to use your spark, real life experience and Business Analysis skills to support the Product Owner to achieve our goals.
- Identify and understand the business need and you'll analyse and prioritise the requirements. By assessing, designing, testing and working with the development teams we'll be able to implement agreed solutions that will wow and delight our customers.
- We would also like you to help others shine too! Mentoring and improving others to achieve the best that they can, will also be a key part of the role.
