Manchester - Hybrid

Our mission – It’s simple, to take out all the irritations and hold-ups that make changing cars trickier than it needs to be. Location – Our product and tech teams are historically based in the heart of Manchester whilst our marketing and operations departments are based in Surrey. This role is hybrid, with an expectation of visiting the office a few times per month.

what you’ll be working on

• Translating user needs into compelling user stories, bringing the whole team along for the ride

• Facilitating workshops and squad sessions to help steer work and get to the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’

• Be the go-to point for a multidisciplinary squad’s questions, you’re not an SME but you’ll get to the bottom of the big issues

• Supporting the pipeline of delivery for your area, working closely with delivery managers, product owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies and overlapping user journeys

• Analysing and understanding business and user behaviour data with analysts, bringing this to life for the team to create empathy and make better decisions

things we look for in you

• Strong agile background, you may have come from more traditional backgrounds but you’ll be fully bought into modern practices

• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders and team members

• A data driven mentality, you won’t be comfortable making too many ‘leap of faith’ assumptions without validation through data. Experience of quant and qual is highly desirable.

• Passion above all else, you won’t have all the answers from day one, but you’ll know how to get there

• Experience of different business and system analysis techniques, including Service Design (optional)
