We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. You will join us working 35 hours per week, on an 18-month fixed term contract basis and will be based remotely, with some occasional travel (approx. 1-2 times a month). In return you will receive a salary of up to £44,504.63 per annum plus excellent benefits.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with experience of supporting with the full lifecycle of IT/systems related projects. It’s a very exciting time to join Cats Protection, with an ambitious 10-year strategy and a significant investment in the areas of change and improvement required to get us there.
Responsibilities of our Business Analyst:
The Business Analyst role within Cats Protection will work closely with business and project teams to identify and capture business change needs for IT/systems related projects; analysing and assessing the impact of the change and documenting requirements. You will also be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the required systems solutions by representing the business needs throughout the delivery lifecycle ensuring the focus is on quality outcomes.
What we’re looking for in our Business Analyst:
- At least 5 years business analyst experience
- Experience of providing business analyst support with IT/systems projects and implementation
- Experience of gathering complex requirements, both functional and non-functional
- Experience of documenting complex As-Is and To Be process mapping in a clear and understandable manner
- Experience of producing written documentation such as Business Requirements and Specifications
- Experience of having a significant business analyst role in organisational change projects
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and present to a range of audiences who have a technical and non-technical understanding
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Project and Programme Methodologies and Business benefits capture
- Self-motivated and innovative, a team player able to work in a multi-level project team
