Location – Ansty (with the option for hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £42,000 (+ minimum 7.5% pay rise in July)

The Important Bit
The main role of an BA is to solve business problems as and when they occur. The role includes brainstorming, user journey definitions, and finding out solutions. They list out the features of the problem. Then these are converted into logical deliverable stories.
As a Business Analyst, you will play an important role in identifying how technology and process can help support business strategy, within the framework of IT strategy.
Day to Day
- Working with and support the product owner with the decision-making process, through the creation of quality Epics and user stories from the requirement models created during business analysis stage
- Providing high-quality analytical solutions for the key stakeholders
- Increasing the business value, collaborate with the product owner to create the product backlog by using Agile practices
- Developing business cases by working closely with Product managers to develop business cases
- Providing user stories to multi-disciplinary teams and define the business-driven acceptance criteria
- Supporting Agile practices and encourage the improvement of service
- Facilitating various Agile processes such as Iteration / Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Daily Stand-up
- Creating low or high-fidelity prototypes accordingly.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent. Relevant business analysis qualification or studying towards such as BCS ISEB Diploma in business analysis or experience that demonstrates analysis skills
- Experience of working within an agile delivery framework
- Understanding of technical business area related to the product lines
- Expert in conceptual modeling; visualize possible solutions innovatively
- Excellent proficiency in verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Experience in Multitasking within the product line
- Ability to critically question to help the team foresee the future problems
- Ability to understand the Agile development process
- Ability to manage day-to-day operational requests from business stakeholders and prioritize
- Experience of deploying and employing a broad and diverse range of business analysis best practices, methodologies and tools. Including customer scenario driven analysis.
