We are hiring for a Business Analyst to join us permanently from our Milton Keynes office working on a Hybrid basis – this would be an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or a candidate with some experience in a similar role.
As the Business Analyst you will provide daily, weekly, and monthly operational KPIs to the Customer Services team and UK Operations Director within the Finance department of BSI.
In addition, you would play a pivotal role working with the UK Operations Director, Finance Business Partner, and the Operational Management Team to provide insights, identify trends and opportunities, and produce accurate reporting on delivery performance and utilisation of resources.
About you
- Some experience within a similar position an advantage.
- Strong skillset in the use of Excel.
- Knowledge of PowerBI, SAP, Tableau or Salesforce would be beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to work with and present complex data.
- Solid time management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and a team player.
