About the role
As one of our team of Business Analysts, you’ll lead, coordinate, and deliver analysis activities on projects across our Retail, Medical, HR and Technology portfolios.
Establishing close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll focus on the customer experience through gathering, articulating, and prioritising requirements for business improvement initiatives and play a key role in bridging the gap between the needs of the organisational and technology solutions.
Working predominately using a waterfall delivery methodology, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of technology initiatives through implementing analysis tools and techniques to enhance process, user experience and implementation alignment through to solution outcome.
Through effective data and information gathering, as well as effective facilitation, you will identify business challenges and work with technical teams to create effective solutions, considering process alignment and documentation throughout.
Working arrangements
Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.
At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. About you
With previous knowledge of working as a Business Analyst working with large organisations to implement business change, you’ll have previous experience of working within PRINCE2 and Agile SCRUM methodologies.
You’ll have a proven track record of building positive relationships and working with business stakeholders, colleagues, support teams and suppliers. With experience of planning and designing analysis workstreams across project and product initiatives, you’ll have previous experience developing business cases for strategic change initiatives, and reviewing business processes to define effective improvements
To be successful in this role you’ll have the following experience and attributes:
- Previous experience working on technology implementation projects and/or products
- Strong team working skills, able to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a variety of personalities and situations across multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, able to effectively adapt style, where appropriate to the audience, at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and different ranges of work
- Able to take ownership of challenges, taking the initiative and making decisions with a can-do attitude to delivering on expectations
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with the tenacity to assist team solutions successfully through to implementation

Interview process
