As a Barclays Business Analyst, you will get an exciting opportunity to join us to work closely and together with Business and Technology colleagues and to focus on defining requirements. For this role, you will ensure that system enhancements are understood by all parties and deployed to the end user successfully. • Spearheading specific Business Analysis workstream(s) on the Trade Platform Replacement programme
- Planning and executing analysis tasks to make change happen in a large organization
- Contributing to and supporting the development of the change delivery process and Agile methodologies
- Owning and directing specific deliverables within the Business Analysis workstream(s)
- Providing help to the project Business Analysts, Project Managers and Business Architect
- Partaking in the professional development of the wider TWC Business Analysis community
- Taking accountability for your own professional development needs
- Implementing best practices for business analysis in an agile environment
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience of working as a BA on large scale/global and complex projects
- Exceptional experience with and understanding of Requirement gathering /User Story writing
- Familiarity with and understanding of Process /design mapping
Skills that will help you in the role
• BA skills/experience
- Solid Stakeholder management skills, with proven track record of managing diverse business stakeholders
- Experience of working within a System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile project environment
Where will you be working?
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
