Role: Business Analyst
Location: Remote/Cheltenham
Salary: Up to 100k per annum DOE
Contract Length: Permanent

Security Clearance: UKIC DV Clearance required
An exciting opportunity to join our prominent client in the engineering industry has arisen and they are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their welcoming team. As a Business Analyst, you will be you will be supporting the client undertake a complex business transformation to bring their business processes under one model.
The Business Change Manager Role:
- Large scale transformation
- A hybrid delivery approach using a variety of models using the Scaled Agile framework
- To conduct integrated testing as part of the next phase of the process
- To be part of a long term project of complex changes to ensure business changes are put in to place effectively for smooth running and to meet the requirements of the client
What the Business Change Manager will need:
- UKIC DV Clearance required (UK resident for the past 5 years)
- Strong experience in a Business Change role
- Strong experience with scope and objectives definition
- Strong experience creating and relaying delivery plans
- Ability to promote encouragement within the team and track progress
- Ability to change perspective for business needs and to set own priorities
- Ability to understand exactly what the client needs to meet their business requirements
