About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Team.
Working within the Business Change Team to provide business analysis support on our exciting digital transformation programme of work and continuous improvement activities. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to identify, analyse, and recommend business improvements and develop solutions. You'll play a key role in communicating between departments to convey how information technology can support the organisation's needs.
About you:
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience as a business analyst supporting the implementation of IT business-change projects and continuous improvement.
You will be process-driven with a passion for process improvement, be proactive, self motivated, and have strong analytical/critical thinking skills. Whilst possessing clear, concise, and professional communication and presentation skills.
