Summary:

The Business Analyst will lead process improvement projects and conduct critical business analysis to support senior management and foster growth. The person will play a key role in streamlining the communication between external customers and internal teams to elevate our order-to-remittance process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement and automation projects related to customers such as Walmart, Amazon, McKesson, Veteran Affairs and other key accounts in the Telemedicine and Industrial Weighing markets
- Be a key contributor in inter-department projects involving Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT such as product kitting, customer portal, API integrations, etc.
- Generates and automates management reports using Excel, PowerBI and SQL queries
- Drives weekly Walmart PO’s reconciliation process and Odoo-EDI integration issues
- Works with the warehouse and CSR team to review logistics errors and implement corrective actions
- Collects information, creates cases and follows up on customer disputes as needed
- Works with product managers, warehouse and purchasing managers to streamline item master data creation and update
- Creates work instructions, training documents, and procedures as needed
- Provides training to internal stakeholders as needed
- Answers promptly to requests in a respectful and caring manner
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, in science or engineering is a plus.
- 1-2 years’ experience working in sales support, logistics, operations, or related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with high verbal and written communications skills
- Individual with the ability to work independently, multi-task, self-motivated, action-oriented, with a great sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Behave with high levels of professionalism, ethics, self-awareness, and responsibility.
- Proficient with MS Office applications. Advance level in excel. PowerBI report experience is highly desired.
- Ability to write SQL queries and understand database structure.
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices. SAP Business One or Odoo preferred.
- Ability to keep functioning effectively under pressure and maintain self-control in the face of difficult situations and deadlines.
- Ability to organize one's own work activities and achieve objectives in a systematic, efficient, and timely manner.
- Project management experience is a plus.
