Business Analyst, 3 months, Inside IR35, � 500, Reading

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, an expanding retail organisation, who are looking to recruit a Business Analyst on a contract basis initially for 3 months with a chance of extension, this role will be a hybrid blend of work from home and offices in Reading.

You will receive a competitive daily rate of � 500 and the contract will see you INSIDE IR35.

This project will be related to an EPOS transformation programme. The client are at the backend stage of this project and looking at any change requests, maintenance of process catalogues, working with third parties and stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

• Develop a strong understanding of the EPOS system as a building block for future requirements and scope changes.
• Use the knowledge gained in the analysis and design of the solutions
• Capturing the to-be, end to end business processes across global base and all territories.
• Understanding and capturing the end-to-end ways of working change impacts from the as-is processes to the to-be processes.
• Own and be responsible for the process of requirement documentation from initiation to sign off

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience within retail is a must for this position
• Demonstrate experience of gathering requirements and converting them into a product vision
• Have strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and translate into application and operational requirements
• Possess the ability to work alongside senior management at all levels within technology, the business and external service providers
• Experience testing solutions across multiple systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
