As a Business Analysis & Change manager you will work collaboratively with the CRCO programme team and business stakeholders to understand business change needs, translate these into specific requirements to be addressed by the project and assess the impact of any change.
The role acts as a key interface between the business sponsors and stakeholders and the technology and delivery teams. Using data capture, modelling and analysis, the role helps to ensure the identified business need/s are addressed by the project outputs and facilitates interaction and alignment across stakeholders. Participates in the design process coordinated by the project team, from design approval to functional design completion.

What you’ll bring.
Excellent analytical and modelling skills, analytical mindset, evidence-based approach.
Experience managing project resources in a matrix environment.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
Third party management experience
Business Analysis qualifications
Experience working in financial service industry.
What else you need to know.
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract working full time Monday to Friday
The role hybrid working meaning both home and office working.
