Up to £22,500 per annum

37.5 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an Business Administrator to join our team in Leeds, operationally responsible for supporting the Business Administration Manager in the delivery of business administration activities pertinent to the complete capture of operational data. You will also be responsible for completing administrative duties as required by the Business Administration Manager.

Whilst not strictly a finance-based role, some familiarity with billing process and/or booking systems would be useful, but strong organisational and communication skills are key. Along the way, you will build strong relationships with consultants, hospital senior leaders, a wide range of healthcare professionals and, of course, patients. Working with teams across the hospital, you will ensure patients benefit from the best possible service while supporting efficient and streamlined business processes.

We will expect you to actively contribute to service development and identify opportunities to improve processes. You will support the teams to deliver high quality, effective patient services.

Our successful, purpose-built hospital deals with complex surgery and a vast range of specialities involving some 300 consultants. There are 80 bedrooms, an 8 bed Level 3 critical care unit and 6 theatres (2 Stryker laparoscopic and 2 laminar flow). We are close to the city centre and central railway station.
