Business Admin/Projects Assistant – Job Description

We are currently looking for energetic Business Administrator to join our growing team in the renewable energy market.
Role Description
This role is office based in our Rochester office.
As Business Administrator you will be working closely with our project coordinator and Sales Team carrying out general admin duties which will include but not limited to:
⁃ Answering and directing calls to the correct team
⁃ Assisting the project coordinator and sales team with general admin
⁃ Putting together tenders for new business
⁃ Compiling O&M manuals for completed projects
⁃ Requesting information from the various subcontractors
⁃ Checking and signing orders
This is a Hybrid Role and will be split working with our Project Management Team, the duties will include but are not limited to:
⁃ Ordering of materials
⁃ Keeping systems up to date
⁃ Creating reports
⁃ Credit checking new clients

Skills and Experience
⁃ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
⁃ Ability to work within time constraints
⁃ Some previous CRM skills preferred but not essential

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
