Due to further expansion, we are now seeking an HR Assistant/Administrator to join and manage our new UK site. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about creating an amazing culture and who wants to get exposed to all aspects of the People department, from onboarding through to exit. This role will be focused primarily on supporting HR tasks including, but not limited to customer service and office administration.
Duties
- Providing administrative support that includes preparing employment contracts, reference checks, keeping our HR systems up to date, resolving any internal queries and providing reports.
- Working hand in hand with the HR manager
- Managing the onboarding process for our new starters, including managing HR and Benefits inductions
- Accurately recording and maintaining employee training records
- To provide administrative assistance to the HR Team
- Support employees with policy and process queries via phone, webchat & email.
- Assisting employees with their corporate travel via our online travel booking portal and leading all aspects of Company travel bookings
- Answer customer service calls
- Covering reception duties when needed
- Managing and ordering business cards and any other equipment required
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative position
- Ideally experienced using training or HR systems
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Pro active and able to use your initiative
- Ability to operate at pace while ensuring attention to detail
- Proven HR administration or support experience
- Experience using Microsoft 365 platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
