Due to expanding work streams, ADS are looking for experienced Business Admin Support. This Job is to join our team working from our head office in Swansea.

As experienced Business Admin Support based in Swansea, you will work closely with resident tenants in our contracted programme work steams, to undertake initial booking process, allocating appointments

Job duties

  • To work across key programme work streams in our Electrical, Mechanical and Heating Division - these range from initial booking, collating, organising, allocating appointment from compliance, reactive and planned contract programmes.
  • To ensure the post holder is responsible for responding to incoming and outgoing call demands, whilst updating records, appointments contact details supporting the contract programmes.
  • To liaise with tenants in our contracted work streams via telephone / email regarding queries and provide information - e.g., appointment scheduling and types of works to be carried out.
  • Accurate inputting of booking data in to scheduling calendar.
  • Responsible for resolving a variety of customer queries and complaints in an appropriate manner and resolve at first point of contact.
  • Working to agreed KPI’s and targets.
  • Work alongside colleagues in other departments to improve overall delivery and service.

•The post is full time, 40 hours per week.

  • The hours maybe subject to review depending on demand from the services we provide.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast paced environment.
  • Experience of utilising computer systems as part of your day-to-day job.
  • Experience working to deadlines.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work as a team as well as on their own.

Salary • £19,000 depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £19,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
