Job description
To Schedule, Manage Projects and function that support the needs of installations to allow the delivery of works in the time allocations and KPI’s given.
Manage the scheduling, order and delivery of supplies to the office and to site. This will need a hands-on approach with suppliers to meet the KPI’s and deliverables of the individual works programmes
Manage the scheduling of contractors for the arranged works. This will need a hands-on approach with contractors to meet the KPI’s and deliverables of the individual works programmes
Manage the scheduling for internal teams for arranged works. This will need a hands-on approach with contractors to meet the KPI’s and deliverables of the individual works programmes
To manage the delivery of supplied requirements and information to suppliers, contractors and internal installation teams to allow conduct of works.
To manage the return of any paperwork, images, completed documents from Suppliers, contractors and internal installation teams Via agreed prior agreed individual methods
To work closely with and support where required the Operations Supervisor, Technical Manager & Sales Support and Customer Service Manager
To complete all relevant paperwork for accreditation including certificates and customer handover documentation.

Salary: £22,000.00 per year
