Job Overview
We are looking for a confident driver with a full clean driving license to become our new van driver / store man. The job mainly consists of driving the company van to complete deliveries and collections across Northern Ireland.
When you are not required to be out driving, you will act as a storeman for our warehouse which includes maintaining a clean organised store and checking incoming deliveries.
A keen attitude, commitment to quality, reliability and punctuality is essential.
Permanent Full Time Position - Monday to Friday – 8am Start
Purpose: Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Delivering / collecting at various locations across Northern Ireland.
· Packing, loading and unloading the company van.
· Maintaining clean and organised warehouse.
· Accurate completion of paperwork at warehouse and at each delivery location.
· To keep van clean and tidy.
· Carry out vehicle maintenance and report any issues.
Requirements
Qualifications
Full, clean driver license
Forklift experience preferred
Experience
Previous experience as a driver is desired, but not essential
Person Specification
Excellent Communication skills and ability to use own initiative.
Ability to manage own workload to meet specific deadlines.
Positive attitude towards all work, colleagues and customers.
