Pembina Hills School Division Transportation Department invites applications for two Temporary Non-Union Bus Drivers . The successful candidates must be self-directed team players. Duties are to commence August 23, 2023 and will end June 27, 2024.
The Division
Pembina Hills School Division provides education to approximately 3800 students in 15 community schools in north central Alberta. PHSD also provides education to over 10,000 students from within and beyond our borders, through our online school, Vista Virtual School.
PHSD currently operates 68 bus routes, transporting approximately 3,000 students daily. There are 4 contract routes and 64 routes operated by division drivers. For more information on our remarkable Division, please visit our website at www.pembinahills.ca
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain discipline on the school bus with children
- Operate the school bus in a safe, courteous and efficient manner at all-time obeying federal, provincial and municipal laws
- Must have a minimum Class 5 License without GDL
- Holds a clear Criminal Record Check & Intervention Record Check
