The Role
Sharkmob London is looking for a Sound Designer to join our team in London building a new and highly ambitious title. Under the guidance of the Audio Director, you will be working on a variety of Audio disciplines, from concepting to In-Game delivery. Beside extremely solid game Audio Production, Authoring and Implementation skills, you should have strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and capability to execute on audio design goals
- Hands on experience with Audio Design, recording, editing, implementation, mixing, and optimisation of audio in-game
- Anticipate risks, providing contingency solutions and timelines
- Able to advocate for audio and promote knowledge sharing to other teams
- Work closely with Gameplay and Level design teams to identify and plan for Audio Technical Requirements on a feature-per-feature basis.
- A chance to introduce ground-breaking audio features and systems to support a new project.
Requirements
- Credited on at least 1 published title as a Sound Designer.
- Excellent sound design, editing, implementation, and mixing expertise.
- Proficient with linear audio production and mixing techniques (stereo and surround mediums).
- Understanding of Ambisonics and Binaural formats a plus.
- Expert knowledge of Wwise, Unreal 4, DAWs (e.g. Protools, Reaper, Cubase)
- Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to interact well with multi-disciplinary team and be receptive to feedback.
- Self-motivated, proactive & well organized, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Adapts well to change & ability to work on multiple features and tasks
- Working or advanced knowledge of Unreal Blueprints a big plus.
- Full Production cycle experience a big plus.
- Able to clearly document and communicate Audio Technical requirements with other departments.
